Roza Khoban


I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Niehaus Center for Globalization and Governance (NCGG) at Princeton University.

My research focuses on understanding the impact of globalization, and in particular international trade, on economic development. My current work includes evaluating the effects of trade liberalization on political distortions, and studying how globalization affects gender norms and the demand for political change.

Starting mid-2022, I will join the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich as a Postdoctoral Researcher. I am also affiliated with the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
